Important things to remember when booking a party

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Parties can be rescheduled for free if more than 2 days before your party.
• If rescheduled within 48 hours of the party, a $50 fee will be applied.
• Party Packages can only be downgraded with 48 hours of your party, as we assign rooms based on group size.
• All guests, jumpers and non-jumpers, are required to sign a waiver.
• Pizza orders must be placed 24 hours before the party.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the booked time.
• You will not have access to the party room until your scheduled party time. Jump time is an hour long and is included in the allotted party room time. This is the perfect time to decorate, and your party host will help. Please bring tape and scissors if you need them.
• If some guests do not show up, you still pay the base package price. Extra jumper fees apply only to guests who attend and jump.
• The 1 hour and 40 minute party room time is strictly enforced. Guests must leave the room at the end of the time slot so staff can clean and prepare for the next party.
• Each package includes medium ice cream and bottled water for the jumpers counted in that package (11, 21, or 31).

Limited outside food is allowed: cake, cupcakes, finger foods, fruit and veggie platters, and soft drinks (milk, juice, soda). No alcoholic beverages. The party room also includes basic tablecloths, balloons, a birthday banner, and paper goods. You may bring balloons and extra decorations. Please no confetti, piñatas, or wall-damaging tape. Call about food allergies; guests may bring food for specific dietary needs.
