Yes. All guests, including parents, guardians, and spectators, are required to complete a waiver, even if not participating. This ensures that everyone entering the facility is aware of the safety rules and environment.

No. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. Temporary guardians (such as a friend’s parent) cannot sign unless they have legal authorization.

Once your waiver is filled out, it stays in our system and remains valid for all future visits! We recommend completing the waiver in advance to speed up the check-in process.

Yes. Even if you are not jumping, you are entering a high-activity zone where risks like accidental collisions or trips can occur. Having a signed waiver on file is a mandatory requirement for entry past the check-in desk.

For safety and hygiene, all jumpers are required to wear approved grip socks with special grips on the bottom to avoid slipping. Jump socks are washable and can be reused for future visits!

No. Your jump pass provides access to all standard attractions within the park, with the exception of arcade games and VR, which require a separate purchase.

We do not separate activities exclusively by age, but we have a dedicated zone for toddlers (42” and under). Jumpers over 42” are not permitted in the Toddler Zone, except for supervising adults. Outside of the zipline and pro trampolines, toddlers still have access to the entire park and are not restricted to just the toddler area.

Parents do not need to purchase tickets if they are only supervising. However, all adults entering the activity area are required to wear grip socks for safety and hygiene. If you intend to participate in the activities, you will need to purchase a jump ticket. We welcome all ages!

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing. Avoid clothes with sharp metal accents (zippers, buckles, or studs). Please remember to remove all jewelry and empty your pockets before entering the trampoline area.

Our Glow Light sessions bring a whole new energy to the park! The schedule is as follows:

• Weekends (Fri–Sun): Starts at 3:00 PM
• Weekdays (Mon–Thu): Starts at 6:00 PM

Pro-tip: Wear neon or white clothing to make the most of the glow experience!

You are responsible for the base price of the package you booked. However, extra jumper fees only apply to the guests who actually attend and jump.

Yes! Every guest (jumpers and non-jumpers) must have a valid waiver on file. We strongly recommend the host sends the waiver link to all parents in advance so their children are ready to jump immediately upon arrival.

We recommend that the party host and all guests arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled jump time to check in and put on their grip socks.

You are welcome to use the first hour of your scheduled party time to set up and decorate. Your dedicated Party Host will also be available to assist you with the setup to ensure your room looks perfect!

Please note: No alcoholic beverages are permitted. Be mindful when bringing in extra food as room time is limited.

Our party rooms come set up with basic tablecloths, balloons, a birthday banner, and paper goods (plates, napkins, utensils). You are welcome to bring your own themed decorations, but please no confetti, piñatas, or wall-damaging tape.

The total rental time for the party room is 1 hour and 40 minutes. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we strictly enforce this schedule. Guests must vacate the room promptly at the end of their time slot so our staff can clean and prepare for the next scheduled party.

Yes! Every party package includes a Party Host who will assist with check-in, set up the room, serve food/cake, and handle the cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration.
