Entry Requirements & Waivers
- Mandatory Waiver: All guests, including parents, guardians, and spectators, are required to complete a waiver, even if not participating. No individual will be permitted past the check-in desk without a valid waiver on file.
- Minors & Supervision: Participants under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. All participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Grip Socks: Approved grip socks must be worn by all jumpers to prevent slipping and maintain hygiene.
- Compliance: Follow all staff instructions and posted signs immediately.
- Assumption of Risk: Jump at your own risk.
General Jumping Rules
- One Person Per Trampoline: Only one jumper is allowed per trampoline mat at a time. “Double bouncing” is strictly prohibited.
- Valid Access: Everyone must have valid jump or activity time before entering any trampoline court or activity area.
- No Flips or Tricks: For the safety of all guests, somersaults, flips, and uncontrolled inverted maneuvers are not permitted.
- Jump in Control: Always land on your feet, seat, or back. NEVER land on your head or neck.
Attraction-Specific Rules
- No Diving: Strictly NO head-first diving. Always enter the foam pit feetfirst or in a tucked position.
- Clear the Zone: Exit the landing area immediately after jumping to avoid collisions.
- Wait Your Turn: Do not jump until the lane and landing area are completely clear.
Prohibited Items & Attire
- Empty Your Pockets: Remove all loose items, including cell phones, keys, coins, and lighters.
- No Jewelry: Remove watches, necklaces, bracelets, and sharp hair accessories.
- Proper Clothing: Avoid clothing with sharp metal buckles, studs, zippers, or belts.
- No Food or Drink: Gum, candy, food, and beverages are strictly prohibited on the trampoline platforms.
Health & Behavioral Conduct
- Physical Health: Do not jump if you are pregnant or have pre-existing heart, back, or neck conditions. Participation is not recommended for those with weak joints (such as knees or ankles) or any medical conditions that could be aggravated by high-impact activity.
- Medication & Sobriety: Individuals taking medications that cause dizziness or affect balance are strictly prohibited. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry.
- No Rough Play: Pushing, wrestling, racing, or running is not allowed. Do not sit or lie down on the trampoline mats or safety pads. If you need to rest, please exit the jumping area.
- Age Zones: Smaller jumpers should remain in the designated “Toddler Zone.”
Emergency Procedures
- Report Injuries: Notify a staff member immediately if you or another guest is injured.
- Stop & Listen: In the event of an emergency, stop jumping immediately and follow all staff instructions calmly.
